Clubheli.com is proud to offer rewards points for every purchase you make. The system is pretty simple; every dollar you spend, you receive a point. The great part is we have set it up so you can actually get something for your points! Free parts, batteries, accessories....everything has a point value*. For example - with the purchase of a helicopter, you have already earned enough points to pick up a free spare part or two! Keep your eye out for bonus points too! We plan to offer more points on occasion for special products making it even easier to earn free gear!
How do I redeem my points?
Redeeming your points is easy. Once you have created an account, simply click on "My Account" at the top of the page. Scroll down about half way and your see "My Rewards". Click on the "Redeem" button and your on your way! This will load up our entire catalog (this may take a minute or two). Find what you would like to reedem your points for and click "redeem". You can only redeem one product at a time. If you would like to redeem points for more than 1 item, just repeat the process. The system will create a new order for every redemption.
I redeemed my points, but I don't know how to track my order.
When you redeem your points, the system considers it an order. You can track it from the "My Account" button at the top of the page. You will see a "Track your recent orders" section. This is where you can see the status of your points order.
Is shipping included?
No. We recommend redeeming your points along with an order so we can include it in the same package. If you would like to just redeem points, you will receive an email from us letting you know the shipping cost. The product will ship once payment is received.
Can I split my order (pay for part with points and the rest with a credit card or paypal)?
No. Points are not considered a form of payment by our system. The best way to do this is to redeem your points first, and then place your order for the remaining products. Everything will ship together in 1 package.
I didn't know I needed an account! Can I get the points for a purchase once I open an account?
Absolutely. We will honor points if you accidentally ordered without registering. Just email us at support@clubheli.com with your order number and we will add the points to your account.
* some products, such as Gift Certificates and other special sale items may be excluded.
