The great part is we have set it up so you can actually get something for your points! Reward points are redeemable for gift certificates that you can use just like cash. Just follow the instructions below to get your free gear!
How do I redeem my points?
Redeeming your points is easy. Once you have created an account, simply click on "My Account" at the top of the page.
Scroll down about half way and you'll see "My Rewards". Click on the "Redeem" button and your on your way!
Select which gift certificate you would like to reedem your points for and click "redeem".
You can only redeem points for one gift certificate at a time. If you would like to redeem points for more than 1 gift certificate, just repeat the process. The system will create a new order for every redemption.
I redeemed my points, but where's my gift certificate?
You will receive an email within 24 hours that will contain the gift certificate code you can use at checkout.
Can I split my order (pay for part with my gift certificate and the rest with a credit card or paypal)?
Absolutely. That is the best part! Just by being a loyal customer, your automatically accumulating points that can give you a nice discount on any order.
I didn't know I needed an account! Can I get the points for a purchase once I open an account?
We will honor points if you accidentally ordered without registering. Just email us at support@clubheli.com with your order number and we will add the points to your account.
