ClubHeli Warranty Program
Most people are not aware that RC helicopters in general have no manufacturers warranty.  Once you open the box, the manufacturer considers the helicopter yours.  No manufacturer is obligated to replace any part of the helicopter once it's opened.  That is all about to change.  To compliment our 100% NO Dead On Arrival (DOA) guarantee, ClubHeli.com has raised the bar again by offering an optional 90-day extended warranty on all helicopters.  No need to worry about electronics!  No need to worry about motors!  Even your batteries that are purchased with the helicopter are covered!  We'll even pick up shipping back to you.  All the information about the warranty is below.  If you have any questions, never hesitate to email us at support@clubheli.com.
 
ClubHeli Extended Warranty Terms & Conditions
  • This warranty is only available for products that do not have a manufacturer's warranty (Example: This warranty will not cover Walkera's 2801PRO because it comes with a 1 year limited warranty from Walkera)
  • Warranty is only applicable to the Battery, Charger, Transmitter, Receiver, Gyro, ESC(s), Motor(s), and Servos.
  • Warranty does NOT cover items that have become defective due to customer misuse, abuse, modification or neglect.
  • Warranty does NOT cover cosmetic blemishes or scratches.
  • Warranty period begins on date of purchase, not date of receipt.
  • Warranty expires 90 calendar days from date of purchase.  Customer must notify ClubHeli by the 90th day of purchase to receive warranty coverage.
  • Customer must notify ClubHeli by either email or webform (http://www.clubheli.com/crm.asp?action=contactus) to receive warranty coverage.
  • Customer must notify ClubHeli of the defective item and receive authorization to return the item for free repair or replacement prior to returning the defective item.
  • Customer is responsible for shipping costs to send the defective item to ClubHeli.
  • ClubHeli will ship the new/repaired item back at no cost via First Class Mail.
  • ClubHeli reserves the right to determine if the defective item should be repaired or replaced.
  • ClubHeli will provide the warranty work/replacement within a reasonable amount of time.  ClubHeli DOES NOT guarantee a turn around time for warranty replacement.  Most claims will be executed within 24 hours.
  • In the event a component is not in stock that is required for the warranty claim, ClubHeli will notify the customer with an estimated date of arrival and completion date.
